As our peers in the mograph community continued to post new and exciting 3D work using OTOY's Octane Render, our angst and jealousy increased.
Until finally, we got our hands on Octane, and soon thereafter the right job came along in the form of Epix: Road to the NHL Winter Classic. We romanticized NHL motifs, and brought viewers along for a visual journey in which a hockey net builds itself with thread, rope, and even ice.
